How to Submit News and Information
for Publication in Print Solutions

Print Solutions is the award-winning monthly magazine published by PSDA, a not-for-profit trade association representing printing industry companies that manufacture or distribute forms, labels, commercial printing, ad specialties and numerous other kinds of business printing and information management services. More than 42,000 readers rely on Print Solutions for management and marketing strategies, product news and industry trends. Monthly departments in Print Solutions cover labels, bar coding, new technologies, new products and services available from manufacturers, new production equipment and supplies used by manufacturers, and people in the industry.

Deadlines
Our editorial deadline is the first of the month two months prior to the date of publication. For example, June 1 is the deadline for the August issue; August 1 is the deadline for the October issue.

Press Releases
When preparing your release, be sure to include the name, phone and fax number of someone who can supply additional information to Print Solutions readers. (This information may be published in the magazine.) Also, provide the name and phone number of someone who can respond to Print Solutions' editors if they have questions about your release. (This information will not be published.) If you have any questions about what to include in your release, call Print Solutions and ask for one of the editors.

Photos and Artwork
We encourage you to include photos or samples with your press release. Black and white photos are preferred, but color slides also reproduce well. If you want your photo or sample returned, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope.

Letters to the Editor
We welcome comment and opinion about Print Solutions articles, industry issues and association activities. Please include your full name and title, company name and phone number.
