Woodruff to Give Keynote Speech at Print Solutions 2007

One of ABC’s top correspondents, Bob Woodruff, will be the keynote speaker at Print Solutions 2007. The keynote address is sponsored by Glatfelter, a York, Pa.-based paper supplier. Woodruff, who joined ABC News in 1996, was seriously injured by a roadside bomb that struck his vehicle near Taji, Iraq in January 2006. He’s currently undergoing outpatient rehabilitation in the New York area and has returned to work at ABC News. Bob and his wife Lee released In an Instant: A Family’s Journey of Love, Courage, and Healing, their personal memoir about Woodruff’s recovery after his injuries in Iraq and the medical and family support that helped him heal. Woodruff has covered major stories both in the United States and overseas, including Hurricane Katrina, the Asian Tsunami, the nuclear showdown with Iran and more.
