Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses,
Lincolnshire, Ill., hosted a technology open house at the end
of June at the company’s headquarters. Billed as
“Diamond Days,” the event focused on how technology
can open doors in the business world. The latest advancements
in the Diamond series 40-inch sheetfed press were showcased.

Stora Enso’s Global Specialty Papers
Stevens Point mill recently supplied 55 lb. OptiLabel Stamp
paper for a 75-million stamp issue depicting Judy Garland.
Stora Enso’s Whiting Mill recently received
Wisconsin’s 2006 “Friend of the Environment”
Award for initiating two fossil fuel reduction projects that
also minimized greenhouse gas emissions and sludge
land-filling.
