AWARD
Jeff Hayzlett, chief marketing officer at Kodak Graphic Communications Group, was awarded the Jack I. Criswell CSE award from Sales & Marketing Executive International at the association’s annual conference. The award honors a marketing professional for exemplary volunteer service to the organization and ongoing support of the association’s professional standards. Hayzlett has 25 years’ experience in marketing, sales, and customer relationships management in the graphic communications industry.
NEW HIRES
Gerald H. Reynolds was hired as vice president of human resources at Webb/Mason, Baltimore. Most recently, he was vice president of human resources at SAIC and worked as a consultant to Webb/Mason for six years. In his new position, he will help develop the company’s strategic plan and work with the executive team on employee development efforts.
Chris Angeline was hired by EnvelopeAmerica, New Castle, Del., as vice president of operations. Angeline, who has been in the envelope and printing industry for more than two decades, joined the company because of its quick-turnaround philosophy. Jennifer Carahaly joined EnvelopeAmerica as a sales rep, bringing 12 years of envelope and printing experience. She is responsible for the Delaware Valley district.
Brad Shuff was hired as the Ft. Wayne, Ind., production manager for Wise Business Forms. He was formerly a production manager at Ward/Kraft Inc.
Paul Morisco, Brett Pelaez, Alise Blair and Jillian Smith are new hires at Print Tech, Mountainside, N.J. Morisco, who was named sales manager, has more than a decade of industry experience in office automation and will manage the firm’s corporate and retail sales divisions. Pelaez, Blair and Smith have joined as advertising print consultants, and will work with clients in direct mail campaigns and marketing strategy.
Claus Wich was appointed vice president of purchasing and logistics for Stamford, Ct.-based Stora Enso’s North American region. Most recently, he was vice president of global purchasing for TI Automotive, and director of corporate purchasing and logistics for Robert Bosch. In his new position, Wich will lead strategic growth projects for procurement and information systems.
Beltran Del Rio was hired by the sheetfed sales team at Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses, Lincolnshire, Ill. Del Rio was formerly district sales manager for KBA North America, and worked in the same capacity at MAN Roland North America. In his new position, Del Rio covers the Southern California and Las Vegas territory.
PROMOTIONS
Cory Blatz was named plant manager at Wisco Envelope, Tullahoma, Tenn. He previously served as director of sales for Wisco, Discount Labels and Dealer Label. During his 13-year tenure at Quality Park Brands, Blatz also served on MFAST, a leadership development team.
Julie Pritchard was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing at Webb/Mason, Baltimore. She was formerly president of TopForm Software Inc. Brian Fritsche, former CIO of Webb/Mason, was hired as TopForm’s president and CEO and Denise Montroy was promoted to vice president of technology. Webb/Mason acquired TopForm in August.
Marke Baker, was named president of Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses, Lincolnshire, Ill. He formerly served as vice president of customer service. He joined Mitsubishi in 1988 as a field service technician and has assumed increasing responsibilities during the past 18 years. K.G. Katayama, who served as the company’s president since January 2002, has returned to the Printing Press International Sales Group of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.
Nancy Nyberg was promoted to merchant sales director-East at Stora Enso, Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. She joined the company in 1997 and has been promoted several times in the past nine years. Prior to her career at Stora Enso, Nyberg worked for Champion International, Stora and Appleton Papers.
