PROMOTIONS
Dennis F. Riordan was named senior vice
president and chief financial officer of Océ-USA
Holding, Chicago. He is responsible for all aspects of the
company’s administrative activities. He serves on the
board of directors for Océ-USA Holding, Océ North
America, Océ Business Services and Océ Financial
Services. Also, he serves as chairman of the board at Arkwright
and Océ Mexico. William E. Mayer was named senior vice
president of human resources. He develops and implements
benefit, compensation, and development plans for all Océ
operating companies in North America. He has direct operating
responsibility for the human resources functions of Océ
North America. Michael A. Scordino was named senior vice
president, general counsel and secretary. He also serves as
secretary and counsel to the boards of directors of all
Océ operating companies in North America. Scordino
provides legal and business advice to the Holding Company and
its subsidiaries. Daniel Krzesinski was named senior vice
president of service for Océ North America. Krzensinski
is responsible for the company’s combined service
organization, including the digital document systems and wide
format printing systems divisions. William R. Pugh was named
vice president of operations. The Operations department
includes the order and billing assurance, inventory management,
logistics, delivery and purchasing functions. Pugh previously
served as leader of change management and program
implementation.
Henry Rico was named customer service
representative at Portland, Ore.-based bindery and finisher
Rapid Bind Inc. He previously served as an accounting
assistant. Prior to joining Rapid Bind, Rico was a salesman in
the Portland area.
NEW HIRES
Harold Pechie was named general manager of
Wise Business Forms’ Portland, Maine-based manufacturing
plant. Pechie’s management background includes experience
with RICCO Printing, Santa Fe Springs, Calif. and Standard
Register, Dayton, Ohio.
Doug Hammerseng was named vice president of
sales and marketing at GLS, a Minneapolis-based provider of
Integrated Communications Solutions. He provides the
company with strategic sales and marketing leadership.
Hammerseng most recently served as regional sales manager at
Relizon, where he directed the company’s Minnesota sales
operations. He also served as vice president of sales and
marketing director at Relizon. Prior to holding those
positions, Hammerseng worked for Moore Business Forms, where he
held a variety of leadership positions.
APPOINTMENT
Beth Ann Scullin, marketing director at New
Castle, Del.-based manufacturer EnvelopeAmerica, has joined the
Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association’s (PDMA) board
of directors. Scullin has worked with the PDMA for nearly one
year. Prior to joining EnvelopeAmerica, Scullin held jobs in
sales, promotion, marketing and copy writing for news
publications, television, radio and print advertising.
