How We Compiled This Feature
On March 17, we mailed Top 100 Distributors survey forms to DMIA members (level 3 and above) and retired and trial members (level 3 and above) listed in our database as distributors. The form also was posted on Print Solutions' home page (www.printsolutionsmag.com). The deadline to return forms was April 2, and we accepted late forms until May 1 because some companies' fiscal years don't correspond with calendar years. Print Solutions Top 100 Distributors
This list includes North American companies that reported fiscal 2003 sales to Print Solutions. To compute annual percent change in sales for firms that didn't report fiscal 2003 sales, the magazine used previously published sales figures from the June 2003 issue (the Top 100 Distributors issue last year).
