Ask your customer: Do you want more sales? Do you want more time to make those sales? Do you want higher client retention? Do you want less paper work? Do you want streamlined processes?  
Your customer probably will have one of two responses:
1.) Gosh! You read my mind. (with a look of sheer joy)
2.) You finally know what I want! (with a roll of the eyes)
