John Roudebush was hired as an outside sales rep at MAR Graphics, Valmeyer, Ill. Roudebush spent 20 years in the military and has 13 years of printing industry experience.

Paul Clark was named managing director for technology partnerships at DemandBridge, Hunt Valley, Md. Previously, Clark was director of IT and customer support at Massachusetts-based distributorship Winbrook. He will manage deployments for the company’s eProcurement and sourcing software.

Dean Cherry was appointed president of the Cenveo Inc., Stamford, Conn., envelope operations division. Previously, Cherry was employed as group president of integrated print communications and global solutions at RR Donnelley.

Kim Dwyer was hired as Midwest regional sales manager at IBSA, Dayton, Ohio. Previously, Dwyer worked in the manufacturing label solutions and healthcare acquisition departments at Standard Register, and was a salesperson and supervisor at American Airlines.

Neal Woods was named senior VP of worldwide operations at HP’s Imaging and Printing Group, Palo Alto, Calif. Previously, Woods was VP of global manufacturing at Cisco. He is responsible for global manufacturing, supply chain operations and worldwide planning. Woods replaces Mike Fawkes, who is retiring after 29 years of service.

Thomas Salierno Jr. was hired as senior VP of acquisitions at Global Imaging Systems, Tampa, Fla., a company owned by Xerox. Salierno is the former president and CEO of Ricoh’s U.S. division. He was employed for more than 30 years at the company and its former subsidiary, Savin Corp. He succeeds Todd Johnson, who retired.

Zarik Boghossian was hired at MindFire Inc., Irvine, Calif., as executive VP of engineering. Dr. Boghossian has 24 years’ experience in the software industry, and was recently the VP of engineering at Integrien Corp. He also worked at Mitratech and Telemac Corporation, PeerlessSystem Corp. and Boeing North America. He was one of the central contributors to NASA’s electrical power system for the International Space Station. In his new role, Boghossian is responsible for LookWho’sClicking, the company’s flagship marketing software.

John Biro was named CFO of Consolidated Graphics Inc., Houston. Biro previously worked at PriceWaterhouse LLP for 13 years.

Mike Stone was named regional sales manager for Screen USA’s Northeast region. Previously, Stone lead sales for Punch Graphix’s prepress division, and worked as a sales rep for Berkshire-Westwood Graphics Group. Jeff Skolnik was named southern regional sales manager. He was previously a regional account executive with Presteligence and worked for Kodak, Pitman Co. and Digital Art Exchange.

Amir Shaked was named president of Press-sense Inc., Jersey City, N.J. He will lead all American operations from the company’s new New Jersey office. Previously, Shaked was employed by Converse Technology, Accord North America, and several other firms in the communications business.

Richard K. Taylor was hired as senior executive VP and CEO of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. In this newly created position, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of all corporate sales, service, administration and training. Previously, he was employed at Toshiba American Business Solutions Inc., and worked for Better Office Systems and Savin Corporation.

Ann Moscicki was named senior manager of PR at Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group. She oversees all U.S. and Canadian public relations efforts, including the executive speakers’ program and trade shows. Moscicki has more than 30 years’ experience in the communications field at Kodak.

Tom Rizzi was named vice president of strategic sales at WorkflowOne, Dayton, Ohio. Strategic sales is a new function to leverage new partnerships, the company said. Previously, Rizzi was vice president of sales for WorkflowOne’s southwestern division.

Matthew Cohn was named vice chairman of the ASI Companies (including ASI, The ASI Show and ASI Computer Systems). Tim Andrews was named president of The ASI Show and vice chairman of ASI Computer Systems. Cohn helped launch the first ASI Show and has been responsible for its strategic planning, and was previously president of The ASI Show. Andrews will assume that role and retain his previous posts of president and CEO of ASI.

Tamotsu Nakamura was appointed executive VP of Canon USA’s Imaging Systems Group. He succeeds Ryoichi Bamba, who was tranferred to president and CEO of Canon Europe. Previously, Nakamura was president at Canon Canada and Canon Mexicana before that.
