we offer. More than 80 percent
of our readers say they hold onto
the issue until the next one appears.
We’re pleased to present
this updated version, which printing

sources for the diverse products

The
Buyers’ Guide is divided
into two sections: the Product
Index and the Company Directory.
The Product Index (beginning on
page 20) is an alphabetical list
of hundreds of products and services
offered by manufacturers and suppliers.
Are you looking for a vendor of
color digital printing? The Buyers’
Guide lists 79 firms on page 71
that can produce it. Do you have
a customer that wants to order
your products online? The Buyer’s
Guide lists 59 companies on page
74 that offer e-commerce solutions.
The
Company Directory (beginning on
page 201) lists mailing addresses,
phone and fax numbers, and internet
and email addresses for companies
included in the Product Index.
Most firms include comments about
their business philosophies and
core strengths. Some also include
images of products they offer.

How
the Buyers’ Guide is Generated
Print
Solutions editors maintain a database
of information provided by manufacturers
and suppliers. In July, we mailed
proofs to companies included in
the previous Buyers’ Guide,
giving those firms an opportunity
to approve or change their listings.
Additionally, we contacted DMIA
member and non-member companies
that didn’t appear in the
previous Buyers’ Guide and
gave them an opportunity to complete
the official listing form. (We
update product categories on the
listing form annually, based on
suggestions from manufacturers
and suppliers.) The deadline to
return proofs and listing forms
was Sept. 2. DMIA members and
companies that placed display
ads in this issue received free
listings; non-members who didn’t
advertise paid $295. If your firm
manufactures or supplies products
