The Top 100 Manufacturers 2005 Survey
In April 2005, Print Solutions will publish a list of the Top 100 manufacturers in the business printing and document management industry. We will determine the manufacturer rankings from the information received from this survey. Any of the information supplied here may be used to compile an accompanying article. Manufacturers who do not complete this survey form and return it by Feb. 18, 2005, will not be eligible for the Print Solutions 100.

Who Should Complete: This survey is for MANUFACTURERS who sell through the independent channel of the business printing and document management industry. Do not complete this survey if the majority of your sales are directly to end users or derive from products purchased from other manufacturers.

Deadline: Completed surveys must be submitted by Feb. 18, 2005. Forms received later than that date cannot be considered for inclusion in the Print Solutions 100.
